Really loved this conversation between Ruth Allen and Joe Minihane (author of Floating). They talk about mental wellbeing, health, swimming, running, the outdoors and more. The stuff about being in the water, and how you can be shaped by it was most interesting!
This past weekend I finished The Forty Rules of Love which was beautiful. I read it because I went to a lecture given by Elif Shafak, the author. She was so eloquent and thought-provoking that I decided I would have to read her books. This one made me think a lot about life and living and love.
I also finished The Rest of Us Just Live Here, which you should go out and read immediately. I listened to it on audio and it is just fab fab fab.
